Import Historical Data
Bring in prior depth records from another platform so they show up on the Depth Map. Depth-only historical data doesn't need equipment info to import - just an address and per-depth readings.
1. Download the template
Two ways to fill in a row - use whichever you have. (1) One row per individual pile: fill in Pile Label and Depth (ft) - readings with the same project name + address + pile label get grouped together automatically. (2) Just a project total: fill in Total Piles and Deepest Pile Depth (ft) instead, and leave Pile Label/Depth (ft) blank - use this when you don't have each pile's individual depth. Project Name, Street Address, City, and State are required on every row; Zip is optional. Imported jobs are placed on the Depth Map only - they won't show up in My Projects.
2. Upload your file
CSV or Excel (.xlsx/.xls) - either the filled-in template, or your own export with the same column headers.
3. Review and confirm

Company Logo
Owner/admin only. Shown on every project report your team generates, in the spot DeepKor's own logo used to sit — DeepKor's logo still appears in a small "Powered by" badge on every report. PNG, JPG, or SVG, under 1.5MB.
No logo uploaded yet — reports use DeepKor's logo until you add one.
Team
Everyone with access to this DeepKor account. Owner/admin only. You set and control each teammate's password — they can only get a different one themselves via Forgot Password.
Data Export
Downloads every pile across every project on your account — telemetry, criteria, confirmed episode reasons, and verified outcomes — in one file. Owner/admin only. This doesn't affect anything in your account; it's a read-only copy.
Subscription
Change your mind? Get 25% off for 3 months.
One-time offer: keep your subscription and we'll knock 25% off your rate for your next 3 billing cycles, then it returns to your normal rate.
Need to cancel? You can do that here — it stays active through the end of your current billing period.
Before you go
How about 25% off for 3 months?
One-time offer, no strings: stay subscribed and we'll take 25% off your next 3 billing cycles, then your rate goes back to normal.
If cost or plan size is still the issue, reply to any of our emails first — we'd rather work out a plan that fits than have you start over from scratch later.
Your subscription will stay active through the end of your current billing period. After that, your whole team loses access. You can undo this any time before then.
This permanently deletes your login. If you're the only person on your company's account, this also permanently deletes every project stored under it. This cannot be undone.
Project Dashboard
One set of engineering criteria and equipment for the project; each pile gets its own per-foot telemetry log and depth-profile chart, all evaluated against the same project criteria.
Project Info
Equipment & Engineering Criteria (applies to all Helical piles in this project)
The allowable/working capacity from the engineer's drawing.
Treq = F.S. × Qall ÷ Kt (ICC-ES ESR-2794 Eq. 5). Not less than 2.0; use 2.5 under the IRC with no site-specific geotechnical report.
Push Pile Equipment & Engineering Criteria (applies to all push piles in this project)
Project Summary
DeepKor Intelligence Platform logs field telemetry and provides installation guidance based on engineering thresholds you configure — it does not perform structural or geotechnical engineering analysis and is not a substitute for the judgment of a licensed engineer. Required pile capacity, embedment depth, and installation criteria must be established and verified by a qualified structural or geotechnical engineer of record before this data is relied upon for design or construction decisions.
